Slipping into confusion.

I've been dazing off in class too much.
I've got to start focusing more.
I need to raise up these grades.
I've got to learn.


I don't want to become a deadbeat.
I don't even know what's being taught in class.

Nobody feels the pain you go through.

Not your mom, friend, or SO.
They don't feel the  blood flowing out of you.
They don't feel the inflicted bruises upon your skin.
They didn't experience your pain.
So, next time someone tells you to man up.
Give em the middle finger& a big ol'e FUCK YOU.

Clearing up misunderstandings.

So, there are people who think I'm a wanna-be Chinese just because I don't speak it and I honestly don't understand why I would need to pretend to be something I'm not? Especially if I'm already Asian? It's not like being Chinese is a one of those asian hypes at the moment like korean and japanese. My dad speaks cantonese while my mom speaks a few words. I was born in Sha Tin, Hong Kong but I lived in Kowloon for the majority of the time I was there. My dad's side is from Guangzhou, China while my mom is from Hai Phong, Vietnam. Vietnamese is my mother tongue therefore that's what's primary spoken in my house. I am Vietnamese and Chinese.

Either way whatever nationality I claim won't change my origin.

Illness.

I stayed up til three in morning to finish 3/4ths of my notecards for history and ended up regretting since I get less rest + I got sick from the lack of sleep and last night's weather when I was working outside. I still have a loads of assignments waiting to be done but my energy's drained. Haven't ate all day since the smell makes me nausea, been sustaining myself on minute maid's fruit punch juice. Can't seem to get warm enough. Hopefully it'll pass soon, gotta get things done!

ps. thinking of making a vlog to practice Asian languages, yes/no?
